THE THOUSAND SEDUCTIONS OF KONJAC

In the beginning, there was konjac, the first generation, the wild variety, so effective that it arrived from China in its water pack, its translucent whiteness and its natural but sometimes annoying smell.

I was the first to introduce Konjac to the mass market.

But when I realised that, as it stood, it would remain the preserve of the fiercest fighters against excess weight and could never become a staple food like pasta and rice, I decided to work to give it the means to do so. I’m convinced that if this happens, overweight and obesity will have nothing to fear.

To achieve this, I registered a manufacturing patent for it, with special cooking methods, the addition of oat fibre and the moulding of rice and pasta to modify their texture, colour and smell.

This metamorphosis took place in France.

I then handed over to cooks in French semi-craft companies to introduce pasta and rice into the most classic recipes for the general public. That’s where my ambition lies, to put konjac pasta and rice in competition with pasta and rice, which were a blessing when famine was killing.

Today, the opposite is true and it’s abundance that kills, and pasta and rice are at the top of the list.

cured and roasted chicken meat 16% (chicken meat from France,
water, cornflour, salt, natural flavouring), oregano, tomatoes 3.5%, red peppers
3.5%, peas 2.5%, double tomato paste, green beans 1.5%,
salt, garlic powder, turmeric powder, black pepper, saffron 0.02%.

Preparation tips:

In the microwave:

1. Mix the product
in the sealed sachet. Cut the sachet to about 2 cm.

2. Place the sachet upright in the microwave oven and heat for 2 minutes at 750W.

3. Remove the sachet from the microwave. Serve hot.

Storage instructions::

Before opening, store in a dry place
protected from light.

After opening, store at +4°C,
for a maximum of 3 days
