THE NEW PAELLA WITH KONJAC AND CHICKEN NEW RECIPE CODE PAELLA -5% - FOR ALL YOUR PAELLA NEEDS

DUKAN PANETTONE

Ingredients:

200 g gluten
100 g bamboo fibre
100g wholemeal flour (5 tolerated)
80g okara
600 ml skimmed milk
8 tablespoons of Zùsto sweetener
8 egg yolks
2 cubes of brewer’s yeast
peel of 2 oranges cut into small chunks after removing the white part
80 g goji berries
flavourings as desired (orange, melted butter…)
2 vanilla pods

Recipe

In a small saucepan, pour the sweetener with a little water, heat, then boil the orange peel pieces in this syrup; after a couple of minutes, add the goji berries and let them soften and cool slightly.

In the meantime, dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk, transfer to a food processor and add the other ingredients, berries and orange peel and a few tablespoons of warm syrup, then knead the mixture obtained (taste and if necessary adjust the sweetener by adding either more syrup, without making the mixture too liquid, or powdered sweetener).

Transfer to a paper loaf tin and allow the dough to rise for about 5 hours or until doubled in volume, then bake in a preheated static oven for 40/50 minutes (test with a wooden skewer).

Remove from the oven, pierce the base with one or two metal skewers and allow to cool upside down, resting the skewers on a higher stand.
