Choco-coco cake with okara

Ingredients:

6 coconut Dukan biscuits (replaces the daily dose of oat bran)
3 tablespoons okara Dukan (approx. 30g)
2 tbsp raped coconut (tolerated)
60g of 0% fat spreadable cheese
2 heaped tablespoons of Zùsto sweetener
Dukan butter flavouring
Dukan coconut flavouring
40 ml water
2 teaspoons of Dukanella (tolerated)

contains 1.5/2 tol/pers.

Preparation

Chop the biscuits in the mixer and transfer them to a bowl.

Mix with okara, Zùsto, flavourings, spreadable cheese and water and mix well.

Then flatten the dough into a mould and let it rest in the fridge for 3 hours.

When serving, garnish with Dukanella and cut into 2-3 portions.
