Right of withdrawal

Subject to the exceptions set out below, the Buyer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days from the date of receipt of the goods to exercise the right to withdraw from the order, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty (where the period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day).

This right of withdrawal may concern all or part of the order. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the cost of returning the product(s) shall be borne by the Buyer.

To ensure the correct management of returns, You must first complete a withdrawal form.You may also inform Us, in a clear and unambiguous manner, of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal by any other means within the aforementioned period, in particular by telephone on +33 07 66 05 15 41 from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

You will have a maximum period of fourteen (14) clear days from the date of communication of your decision to withdraw to return the product to Us. 

You must ensure that the products for which You are withdrawing are returned complete and in perfect condition. 

If you exercise your right of withdrawal under the above conditions, the price of the product(s) purchased and the delivery charges will be refunded to you. Please note, however, that only the “standard” delivery costs offered by the Site will be refunded. 

In the event of simultaneous deliveries of several products and in the event that You decide to exercise your right of withdrawal for only part of the products delivered, We will only reimburse the delivery costs corresponding to the product(s) for which You exercise your right of withdrawal. 

The refund will be made using the same means of payment as that used by the consumer to pay for his/her order, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned product or the date on which You provide us with proof of dispatch of the product(s), whichever is the earlier.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal : 

In accordance with Article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has no right of withdrawal for : 

– lproducts that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly; or – products that have been unsealed or opened by the Buyer after delivery.
