POST PREGNANCY BOX / 40 DAYS ON A CRUISE
Pregnancy is almost always accompanied by weight gain, which is rarely completely eliminated.
This weight gain varies between 5 and 20 kilos, which most women wish to lose over the following year.
To achieve this, two pitfalls must be avoided: continued weight gain during breastfeeding and, if not baby blue, at least the emotional and affective consequences of pregnancy.
This box is reserved for mothers who are not breastfeeding or who are partially breastfeeding.
If you are totally breastfeeding, there’s no need to go on a diet.
You’ve already lost 4 kg with the BOX ATTAQUE-8KG AFTER PREGNANCY.
You now have 40 days of cruising
During this phase, you alternate between PP days – as in the attack phase – and PL days – Protein + vegetables allowed as much as you like.
The duration of this cruise is calculated as follows
You have 8kg to lose, 4kg lost in the attack phase and 4kg left to lose in the cruise phase = cruise duration 40 DAYS.
Total breastfeeding: postpone until the end of total breastfeeding.
No breastfeeding or partial breastfeeding: ok
If you have 15kg or more to lose
Ex: 4kg lost in attack remains 11kg so 110-day cruise about 3 months or 1 box/month.

- 16 dishes of Emma broth for 16 meals
- 10 dishes of Konjac Bolognese noodles for 10 meals
