You have decided to lose 10KG
With the classic method, you need to do a 6-day attack.
These 6 days are for protein only, the list of authorised foods is in the box.
At the end of this phase you will have lost 3kg or more thanks to Okara.
You will still have to lose 7kg, so your cruise will last 70 days.
In the box you have the 12 meals of the attack phase:
- 4 pre-cooked konjac rice pearls = 4 meals
- 4 Emma broths = 4 meals
- 4 konjac noodles bolognese = 4 meals
Our advice: At each meal you can add as many authorised foods as you can (in Dukan diet there is no limit to the quantity of animal or vegetable proteins). To lose weight, you need to eat well!
The 2 food fights to speed up weight loss:
- 1 pack of oat bran: 1.5 tbsp/day in attack.
- 2 packs of Okara: 10 – 15g/day in attack, which you can mix with skimmed milk as a hot or cold drink, or with yoghurt.
Your appetite suppressant snacks to keep you going:
- 1 packet of chocolate chip biscuits for those little cravings: 1/day in attack.
- 1 box of crunchy chocolate chip cereals for breakfast, to be taken with 0% yoghurt or 0% fromage frais: 20g/d in attack.
