The PL day is a combination of Protein and Vegetables – the list of vegetables and authorized additives is in the box.
A week of cruising is :
4 days PP
3 days PL
In the box:
For PP days :
8 meals
+ 2 pre-cooked konjac rice pearls = 2 meals
+ 4 Emma broths = 4 meals
+ 1 Okara spaghetti = 2 meals
Our advice: At each PP meal, you can add as many authorized foods as you can (with Dukan PP, there is no limit to the quantity of animal or vegetable proteins).
The 2 fights food to accelerate weight loss
1 pack of oat bran
2 tablespoons/day at cruising speed
1 pack of okara :
10 – 15G/day, which you can mix with skimmed milk as a hot or cold drink, or with yoghurt.
Your appetite-suppressant snacks:
1 pack of chocolate chip cookies for those little cravings
1-3 on a cruise
1 pack of chocolate-hazelnut bars
Maximum 3 bars/day
For PL days
3 evening meals
3 pearls of pre-cooked rice.
You can add to these meals the vegetables and proteins authorized for cruising (the list is in the box).
Our advice: You can add as many authorized foods as you like to each meal during the LP day (at Dukan in LP there is no limit to the quantity of animal or vegetable proteins and vegetables).
Your appetite-suppressant snacks
1 packet of chia crackers 2 to 3 max/day
1 packet of parmesan crackers 2 to 3 maximum/day
1 pack of extra gourmet bars 1 to 2 maximum/day
