AFTER THE PREGNANCY – BOX ATTACK: TARGET -8KG
Pregnancy is almost always accompanied by weight gain, which is rarely completely eliminated.
This weight gain varies between 5 and 20 kilos, which most women want to lose over the following year.
To achieve this, two pitfalls need to be avoided: continued weight gain during breastfeeding and, if not baby blue, at least the emotional and affective consequences of pregnancy.
This box is reserved for mothers who are not breastfeeding or who are only partially breastfeeding.
If you are TOTALLY breastfeeding, you should not go on a diet.
For weight gains of over 8 kg, I recommend the classic method with an attack phase lasting 4 to 6 days, depending on the weight to be lost.
And for losses of less than 8 kg, the gentle method of the Nutritional Staircase.
To boost weight loss, use KONJAC with one dish or side dish per meal and one dose of OKARA per day (30g).
To deal with temptations and the need for gratifying and pleasurable foods, use our sugar- and flour-free but highly delicious biscuits, bars and breakfast cereals.
Don’t forget your oat bran galette (1.5 tablespoons), your 25-minute walk and your 1.5 litres of water a day.
At the end of these 5 days of attack, on average, you will have lost around 3-3.5 kg. You will then go in cruise – alternating days as in the PP attack (vegetable or animal pure protein) and PV days – Protein + vegetables allowed as much as you want.
The duration of this cruise is calculated as follows:
You have 8 kg to lose, 3 kg lost during the attack and 5 kg left to lose during the cruise = duration of the cruise 40 DAYS.
If you’ve got 15kg or more to lose, you’ll need to start with this box and continue with a longer cruise.
E.g.: 4kg lost in attack remains 11kg so 110 days of cruise approximately 3 months.

- 6 servings of Emma stock
- 3 packs of spaghetti konjac okara, each containing 2 portions ( 1/meal) to be eaten with one of the 72 authorised proteins – the list is in the box)
- 1 packet of okara
- 1 packet of oat bran
- 1 choco-hazelnut bar
- 1 packet of oat bran chocolate chip biscuits
- 1 packet of oat bran breakfast cereal, to be taken on its own or with a 0% fat sugar-free dairy product
