DUKAN PANDORO

Ingredients: 4 eggs + 70 g egg white 250g spreadable cheese 0% fat 125g yoghurt 0% fat 9 tablespoons of oat bran (108g) – dose for 6 days in staircase or 4 days in cruise 50g skimmed milk powder 40g corn starch(2 tolerated) 40g okara powder 40g gluten butter flavouring Vanilla flavouring Zùsto sweetener 1 sachet of instant baking powder Dukanella to taste for filling
Recipe Whisk all the egg whites until stiff. Beat the egg yolks well with the spreadable cheese and yoghurt. Gradually incorporate all the powders, leaving the baking powder for last. Dissolve the sweetener in the warm milk and incorporate into the mixture. Transfer to a pandoro mould and bake in a static oven at 160° for 40/50 minutes (test with a wooden skewer). Remove from the oven and allow to cool upside down on a wire rack.
